Object of research: a process of the state adjustment of the foreign investing is at regional level. Purpose: scientific-theoretical grounding of methodological principles and practical recommendations in relation to improvement of the system of state support of the foreign investing at regional level. Methods: historical and logical, abstract-logical, statistic-economical, calculation-structural and experimental. Results: a complex decision of questions of the foreign investing and development of the system of its state support at regional level. Novelty: methods of the matrix positioning in a management marketing at the level of region are grounded.
