Matios A. Administrative Responsibility of Officials in the Sphere of State Administration

The dissertation is devoted to the systematic research of administrative responsibility of officials in the sphere of state administration and to reasoning of legal and organizational basis of administrative responsibility improvement in this sphere.The historical development of administrative responsibility phenomena as well as its definition are researched in the work. The legislative basis of administrative responsibility in the sphere of state administration is defined in the dissertation. State administration as an administrative and legal security object is under consideration there. The status of the official as a subject of administrative responsibility in the sphere of state administration is analyzed. The peculiarities of administrative responsibility of officials for governmental infraction are considered in the thesis.
