The methods of investigation and equipment - biochemical, hematological zootechnical, spectrophotometer VSU 2-P, chromatograph "Chrom-5". The novelty: The data about the influence of sunflower and rapeseed oils and their calcium salt derivatives 3, 5 and 7% of diet mass on lipid and fatty acid metabolism, milk productivity, milk quality and production effectiveness are obtained. It has been established that the replacement of a part of concentrates by calcium salts positively influences on lipid and polyunsaturated fatty acid metabolism, rises the milk productivity and effectiveness of milk production. The use of calcium salts of fatty acids is more effective then the use of native fatty acids. The brunchof use - nutrition.
