Object of research: process of automation of decision-making at designing products of instrument making. The purpose of research: increase of efficiency of acceptance of design decisions at creation of products of instrument making, on the basis of the further development of models and methods of information support of organizational structures of management of designing of new technics. Methods of the theory of organizational management, the theory of schedules, methods of discrete optimization, methods of the theory of precedents and progressive information technologies were used. For the first time the mathematical model of the decision of a problem of formation of a portfolio of the orders, based on methods of interval mathematics is constructed. The mathematical model of formation of the new design decision, based on use of a method of the theory of precedents is advanced. Have received the further development of model of organizational structures of design works due to the developed adaptive multiplanimetric structure of system of automated management.
