The thesis is devoted to a problem of increasing of the education qualities on the basis of algorithmic supplying of the computer-aided system management of the educational process (ASM EP) and the usage of the 3D estimation method as a criterion of the knowledge diagnostics.In the thesis the scientific and practical results are received. In aggregate these results solve the problem of studying, creating and introduction of ASM EP as a programming instrument for the organizing of the knowledge control and decision-making. The decision-making is based upon the results of the control carried out concerning the complex management of the educational process.The structure of ASM EP is suggested and its computer implementation is carried out. On its results mathematical, algorithmic provision and software of the system component are created.
