Essay

The thesis is the first attempt to study the effectiveness of different doses of amizoni, 5% amizoni ointment and polarized light of Bioptron lamp in complex treatment in comparizon with the traditional methods. Clinical tests of the drug proved that it gives favorable results in regressing clinical symptoms of Zoster Herpes within shorter periods of time. Treatment of the patients for Zoster Herpes by complex therapy with amizoni, 5% amizoni ointment and polarized light of Bioptron lamp reduced considerably the intensity of pain syndrome, prevented new herpetic elements. It also had positive effect on the state of immune reactivity of Zoster Herpes patients organisms.
