Thesis is dedicated for solution of urgent questions concerned with complex echocardiography evaluation of anatomic and hemodynamics changes of heart after arterial switch operation of thruway main artery in short and long-term period, and also with determination of correction of given defect. This work evaluated physical growth and development of sick children necessary for choosing of optimal terms and methods of surgical treatment of thruway main arteries.
