The dissertation contains research of the economic nature of science-technical services as independent activity and its development in modern conditions. The author analyses the process of science-technical services market formation and the necessity of its state regulation; distinguishes main components of the state regulation of science-technical services market; generalizes foreign experience of the state regulation of science-technical services market in order to use it in Ukraine; analyses the reasons and peculiarities of national science-technical services market formation and its state regulation in Ukraine.The author improves the methodic of science-technical services price forming. She suggests to differentiate prices in dependence of the sphere of its consumption. The author also makes the forecast of science-technical services dynamics for next years.
