Object of research: process of integration of Ukraine in the euroasian economic space. The purpose of dissertational work is the deepening of theoretical positions, development of methodical bases and practical recommendations on formation of organizational - economic conditions of perfection of the mechanism of integration of Ukraine in the euroasian economic structures.Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, a method of generalization, a method of the comparative analysis, methods of the statistical analysis, ordering. Theoretical results: will consist in a deepening existing theoretical point concerning conditions and organizational - economic bases of development of processes of the international economic integration and development of scientific - practical recommendations on maintenance of integration of Ukraine in the euroasian economic structures. Practical results: will consist in development of scientific - practical positions and recommendations by definition of directions and ways of development of integration of Ukraine to the euroasian economic structures. Scientific novelty: the mechanism of integration of Ukraine in the euroasian economic structures is developed; it is offered to consider integration as objective development of steady economic relations and merges of national and regional economic systems; strategic directions of the international economic integration of Ukraine in a direction of the European Union are determined; methodological approaches to the analysis of preconditions and factors of development of processes of the international economic integration are advanced; approaches to definition of priority directions of development of process of the international economic integration are advanced.
