The thesis is devoted to investigation of montelukast and desloratadine influence on primary and secondary immune response to allo- and heteroantigenes and T regulatory cells apoptosis in experiments and clinic in order to extend our knowledge about regulation of immune response functional state. Animals' immunization with allosolenocytes or sheep's red blood cells and simultaneous intake of montelukast or desloratadine is resulting in inhancing of immune response. CD4+CD25+ T regulatory cells of atopic patients underwents to allergenspecific apoptosis. Administration of desloratadine 5 mg a day within 10 days prevents progressing of allergenspecific apoptosis of CD4+CD25+ T cells.
