Essay

The present thesis is dedicated to the study of the stomach's stump and anastomosis state, observed in the patients of different age groups, who had been operated and passed resection because of the complicated peptic ulcer. For the first time it has been determined, that both the structure and function of a stomach's stump - a new anatomic-physiological formation - have specific peculiarities, caused by combination of the operated patients age influence and surgical intervention, that allows to increase effectiveness of the diagnosis of the operated patients.
