Rak R. The market of state securities in the financial system of Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the research of market of state securities in Ukraine. The nature of state securities and their essence is revealed, their classification and their place under conditions of development of a financial system within a transitive economy is cited. It is proved that the use of state securities is connected not only with attraction of additional financial resources for the state budget but also with employing them as a tool of monetary policy aiming to regulate money circulation. In the dissertation it is concluded that the development of the market of state securities, as a tool of money attraction and creation of the appropriate infrastructure, which is reliable and accessible for both residents and not residents, and the market's functioning in harmony with all components of financial market must become key directions of state financial policy. The structural measures, which would ensure the base for realization of debt payments, should precede the attraction of money. Isdetermined that the further development of the market of state securities with the aim of its improvement and strengthening should involve interaction of administrative and market structures.
