To obtain heavy concrete with high level adjustment of reological, physical and mechanical properties in a way of its structural modifications with a low-molecular dicarbonic acids – the alkaline salts of dicarbonic acids additions. The Methods on investigations are the special and standard ones, x-ray phase analysis. The alkaline salts of dicarbonic acids complex modifications principle of plastic effect has been offered. The principal objective laws of concrete mixture and concrete with complex modifications changes have been ascertained and established. The field of application is the building.
