The study is devoted to the improvement of chronic cholecystitis diagnostics based on biophysical properties of bile in particular, for detection of bile lithoghenithy.117 patients suffering from chronic cholecystitis with different types of dyskinesia as well as 54 patients with gallstone disease had been examined. Patients with cholecystitis were divided into three groups according to the evacuation function of gallbladder. X-ray diffraction analysis of native bile as well as X-ray fluorescence and bile conductivity were used for bile biophysical properties evaluation. X-ray diffraction was introduced for evaluation of native bile crystallization. In particular, similar shapes in bile X-ray diffraction spectra of gallstone disease and cholecystitis patients were found. Similar changes of biophysical bile properties in patients with different types of gallbladder dysfunction and gallstone disease testify the relationship between inflammatory and diskynetic components of the same pathological process(hypertonic dysfunction - mixed dysfunction-hypothonic dysfunction - gallstone disease).
