Essay

After conducting the epidemiologic and clinical research extrahepatic manifestations were found in more than one third of patients with chronic hepatitis C. It is necessary to note, that patients with vasculitis, whose аnti-HCV and РНК HСV was found in the serum of blood is low or doubtful("grey zone") concentration, for improvement of diagnostics after conducting the test on veritable cold precipitation, we held research of аnti-HCV, РНК-HСV in structure crioprecipitation, where their concentration increased up to 18 - 25 times. Method of decreasing intensity of autoimmune process by means of intraskin introduction of autoleukocytes can be used separately and in complex therapy of patients with chronic hepatitis C with extrahepatic manifestations. This method introduced into the process of treatment in IDH.
