Essence, economic content and basic characteristics of financial streams are analyzed and the basic elements of the control system of financial streams are conceptually grounded in the dissertation. The logical sequence of the dissertation work implementation is conditioned by the proposed model of function of realization of enterprise financial streams control system. Methodical and organizational recommendations for implementation allow to analyze the effectiveness of financial streams, to prognose and plan their volume for a forthcoming period. The results of economy-mathematical researches enable to come to efficient managerial decisions while implementing financial plans and also react to their possible declinations. The proposed technology of financial streams management allows to optimize motion and to balance allocations of financial resources for receiving maximal result and preserving a favourable level of solvency.
