Shipulina Y. Management of potential of innovative de-velopment of the industrial enterprises

Object of research: processes of innovative development of the industrial enterprises. The purpose of re-search: development and a scientific substantiation theoretic-methodical bases of management in potential of innovative development of the industrial enterprises. Research methods and the equipment: comparative and statistical analyses, a method of logic generalization, the system-structural analysis, the factorial analysis, methods of indistinct logic, economic-mathematical modelling, expert estimations, the economic-mathematical analysis, structurally-logic modelling. Theoretical and practical results: the system of esti-mated parameters and methodical approaches to an in-tegrated estimation of a level of innovative potential on the offered dependences of a level of potential on a con-dition of its components is improved; the scheme, algo-rithm and procedures of the coordination by results of the analysis of manufacture-selling potential with market po-tential and innovative potential are specified; definition of a category „potential of innovative development ” has allowed to specify the structure of potential, to define the essence of compounds and responsible for their condi-tion compounds have got the further development; bases of management in potential of innovative development of the industrial enterprise on the basis of maintenance of the coordinated interaction of its structural elements; me-thodical approaches to an estimation and formal condi-tions of sufficiency of market potential. Novelty: For the first time the matrix „the Goods – technological opportuni-ties” is developed for a choice of strategy of realization of potential of innovative development of the small and av-erage enterprises-innovators depending on a degree of uniqueness or universality of the goods and breadth of technological opportunities of a commodity producer on the basis of the systematization of strategic approaches. Results are used on LTD "Technolog", (Sumy), LTD "Turbomash", (Sumy) and LTD "Techno", (Sumy). Sphere (branch) of use: economic and manufacture activity of the industrial enterprises.
