Essay

The experiment was carried out on 216 white rat-males of immature and reproductive ages. Introduction of barbiturates results to polymorphic unspecific neurons' changes in all amygdale nuclei of the cerebrum, which were either reversible (on the 7-th and 15-th day) or inconvertible up to neuronophagy effects and destruction of same cells (on the 30-th and 60-th day). The proliferative processes were observed in pool of the macroglial cells of the amygdale nuclei.
