Essay

The complex scientific researches of criminal law protection of water objects from pollution, clogging and exhaustion is given in this dissertation. After deep and detailed study of the researched relations the author dis-closes both origins and history of criminal - legal protection of water objects and present state of the problem. He also determines social danger of the mentioned action, researches objective and subjective sings of this crime, proposes improvement of active Legislation and practice of enforce-ment of the legal orders in the sphere.
