Essay

Object: sows and male hogs of breeds: White Large, Durok, Gempshire, and also crossing sapling. Purpose: complex study of productive qualities and features of forming of meat in the dynamics of growth, at direct and retsyproknom crossing. Methods: zootechnics, physiological, biochemical, byometrycheskye. Results: 1) for a theory are the results of researches extended theoretical knowledge's through question of forming of meat qualities of the specialized meat breeds in the dynamics of growth at of pure breed breeding and crossing. 2) for practice - on the basis of the conducted researches efficiency of variants of combinations of pigs of breed of the Durok Ukrainian selection and Gempshire American selection with the White Large breed of foreign selection is proved, and certainly their role in the increase of production of pork. The sphere of the use is the economies which are engaged in growing of pigs.
