Dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and experimental ground of receipt of composition materials on the basis of modified epoxy olygomers with the promoted operating properties. It has been determined that with the change of chemical nature of solidity agent it is possible in wide scopes to regulate technological and termophysical properties of epoxy-rubber composition.It is shown that introduction of mineral and polymeric fillers does not affect on properties of epoxy-rubber compositions during comparatively small concentration of rubber. At the same time for the modified epoxy polymers during high concentration elastomera adhesion, kohesion, module of resiliency notedly grow with the increase of concentration of filler at simultaneous to diminishment of deformation ability, special at the small degrees of filling.
