Essay

Dissertation contains the new solution of actual scien¬tific task — increasing of efficacy of treatment and prevention of relapses of Herpesvirus infection (HSVI) by using Proteflazid (PT), ultraviolet irradiation of blood (UIB) and non-cyclic nucleoside antiviral medications (NCNAVM). The peculiarities of ethio¬logy, somatic-neurological and immunological viola¬tions caused by HSVI are described. The influences of PT and UIB on clinical-immunological indexes at HSVI are studied. It is proved that for treatment of heavy, complicated HSV’s clinical course a combi¬nation of PT with UIB and NCNAVM is more effective. Characteristics of reconvalescention, and anti relapses efficacy of PT, are studied at HSVI.
