lukyanenko S. Criminological characteristics of crimes in financial and credit system and their prevention in Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to the research of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of crime prevention in the financial-credit system of Ukraine in the conditions of banking and parabanking systems formation. Current status, normative and legal basis, existing methodology of crime prevention in this system according to their correspondence to up-to-date demands of market transformations and standards have been critically analyzed. The weight center of crime counteraction in the financial and credit system must be shifted from the force methods to the complex methods of crime prevention. On the basis of complex analysis of the existing criminal law of Ukraine and its practical application a new classification of crime in the financial-credit system has been offered in the chapter "Crimes in the economic sphere"; as well as partly decriminalization and criminalization. A new system of crime counteraction and prevention in the financial and credit system has been introduced for the first time. A full complex of basic and specific actions of social and economic, normative and legal and managerial types has been introduced according to the analysis of current situation, dynamics, structure, latency of crime, criminals, crime determination mechanism in the financial and credit system. For example, organizing the departments of criminological monitoring and forecasting of crime in the financial-credit system as a part of law enforcement institutions.
