Dunayevs'ka L. Features of an initial stage of crimes investigation accomplished at medical care rendering

The dissertation is devoted to development of crimes criminalistic characteristic; to features ascertainment of foreinvestigation check of circumstances of incorrect medical care rendering; to definition of organizational, procedural and tactical peculiarity of criminal case institution; definition of circumstances, which are subject to establishment and proof; to recommendation development concerning versions bringing up and planning; to ascertainment of tactical peculiarity of investigative actions which are carrying out on the initial stage of inquest and also recommendation is formulated for increase of their effectiveness; to features disclosing of usage of special knowledge during investigation of crimes accomplished at medical care rendering. Outcome of research are the proposals relating to improvement of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine, law machinery activity at investigation of crimes accomplished during rendering of a medical care.
