Berezovyk V. Agricultural enterprise's crediting by banks of Ukraine

Commercial banks of Ukraine, which have considerable part in credit portfolio of credits to agricultural enterprises. Analysis of scientifically-theoretical organization bases and peculiarities determination of methodical foundations for banks crediting of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises, and also development of practical recommendations concerning credit process improvement. Methods: induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, analogy and extrapolation, modelling, supervision, abstraction and generalization. It was researched crediting by Ukrainian banks of agricultural enterprises; considered the distinctions in crediting of agrarian enterprises taking into account its business running peculiarities. It was considered an estimation methodics of credit risks attached to crediting by banks of agricultural enterprises and computation methodics of boundary-minimum percent rate. It was formulated the regulations of banks credit policy managing, credit functioning conditions and new crediting principle. It was offered to make changes into state adjustment policy of agrarian market, to create a defense mechanism of creditor rights, to unbar a moratorium on earth hypothec of agricultural mean.
