T. The dissertation is dedicated to the scientific substantiation and development of highly effective nontoxic inhibitors, inhibitor com-pounds and systems with anticorrosive capacity, mainly on the basis of food production residues, for the protection and increase of the equip-ment’s operational reliability and durability, along with the determina-tion of their protective action mechanism. The corrosion inhibitors for hot- and a cold fluids, auxiliary and basic media of the processing and food enterprises were developed and studied, along with the inhibiting protective-converting plating and in-hibiting polymeric systems, which are capable of perform in a wide range of temperatures, do not worsen durability performance of still, have good sanitary-ecological properties. The proposed biochemical method of the technological lines protection from corrosion are based on the use of microorganisms and activating additives.
