Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the investigation of membrane concentration of essential pepper mint oil solution in water. There was affirmed, proved and recommended the type of microfiltrational membrane for concentration of essential pepper mint oil solution in water. It was also investigated the influence of the essential pepper mint oil solution in water. We defined the rational technological parameters of three concentration process applying the microfiltrational installation with the plane filtration element MFFK - 2 type. It was also defined the empiric equation for calculation of the membrane penetration MFFK 2 type during changes in the parameter processes: pressure, concentration of solution, speed of solution movement in presser channel. We developed the scheme of technological device for the essential oil processing from raw mint having applied microfiltrational installation in the place of the secondary essential oil processing.
