Evolable system of organizationally-economic regulatory relations in process of internationalization and globalization of economic activity. Revelation and estimation of modern tendencies in sphere of international economic activity and substantiation on this base an effective regulatory policy of Ukraine. Methods: scientific abstraction, statistic qualitative and quantitative comparison; factor and structural analyses, expert estimations and questionnaire. Basing on comparative analysis of national economic development models it was shown a state role in its evaluation and effective practical inculcation by methods of purposeful macroeconomic policy. Considered and generalized the contemporary methods and instruments of multilevel adjustment of international trade and investments. Defined and substantiated development directions of contemporary regulatory policy of Ukraine in international economic sphere. It was offered export stimulation and activization of foreign investing arrangements, exposed internationally-integration potential of effective national development in globalization conditions.
