Essay

The thesis concerns the improvement of the efficacy of therapy and life quality in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC) by optimization of surgical intervention extent and use of immunotherapy. It has been revealed that change of hormone levels of pituitary-thyroid system and increase of glucocorticoid hormones of adrenal cortex results in decrease of hormonal activity of thymus that is manifested by disorders both of cellular and humoral chains of the immune system.
