Essay

The basic radiological and ultrasonic attributes of diseases of the breast are studied and analyzed. Diagnostic opportunities imaging guided breast biopsy are studied: Stereotactic and Ultrasound Fine Needle Biopsies and Core Needle Biopsies. Sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of Stereotactic guided FNA and CN biopsy in nonpalpation breast cancer diagnostics are respectively: 92,5%, 80%, 90% and 98%, 100%, 98% accordingly. On the basis of the given modern methods of beam diagnostics of Breast diseases, invasive beam methods of research the algorithm of application is developed for differential diagnostics and verification Breast Cancer.
