Essay

The research results of influencing of fluorine ions implantation with energy of 90 keV and impulsive laser irradiation of nanosecond duration on a crystalline and magnetic microstructure of La,Ga-substituted films are presented in dissertation. The profiles of relative change of interplanar spacing are calculated at different implantation doses by fluorine ions. Dependence of deformation degree on the dose of ionic implantation is set. M?ssbauer researches of magnetic characteristic changes of ferrite-garnet films as a result of ionic implantation are realized. The mechanism of the strained layer forming is offered. The transformation of crystalline and magnetic structure of epitaxial La,Ga- substituted films of monocrystall yttrium-iron garnet, caused by their fluorine ions implantation and laser irradiation, is explored on the data basis of X-ray diffractometry, conversion m?ssbauer and infra-red spectroscopy. It is set, that the laser irradiation results in annealing of radiation defects, partial renewal of structural perfection and increase of optical transmission of FGF.
