Object - chronic pyelobephritis in adult children. Aim - diagnostic improvement and risk group formation in developping of pyelonephritis, based on somatotipological signs and serelogical results. Methods - clinical, anthropometric, serological, statistic. Results - studied tendency and resistance to chronic pyelonephritis development. Gave proof of prognostic criterious for chronic pyelonephritis. Worked out tables and prognostic plan for chronic pyelonephritis in children. Field of implementation - pediatrics.
