Ismailov V. Bank lending subject managements in condition of the market transformation of the economy

In dissertation work explored theoretical and practical questions of the bank lending subject managements in condition of the market transformation of the economy.The economic essence is opened and objective need of the bank lending is proved. The place and defining role of the bank lending in system credit market of Ukraine are displayed, and also features of bank lending in the countries with the developed economy are noted. The analysis of monetary politicians of NBU in sphere of the bank lending is carried out and strategic important influence of bank lending on economic growth in the country is determined. The collection of risks is explored, which are connected with credit activity of the commercial banks, and also methodses of minimization of percentage risks and formation of an optimum credit portfolio in condition of riskiness are determined.
