Essay

The methodic of estimation of investment projects efficiency in air navigation system is developed. It was realized on example of surveillance data collection, processing and distribution network. Four variants of network construction were considered. In computer programs of projects parameters estimation the fuzzy representation of quantities was used. Values of project parameters are delivered to decision making person.
