Bokovykova Y. Public Administration of Mineral Resources Utilization in Ukraine

Object of research: process of public management in mineral resources utilization. Purpose of the research: to substantiate the theoretical basis and to work out propositions on improving organizational mechanism of public management in mineral resources utilization. Methods: dialectical; comparative, statistical, structural and functional, system analysis; abstract and logical. Results: strategic ways of developing mineral resources base are substantiated. Novelty: organizational mechanism of public management in mineral resources utilization is improved. Scientific results are introduced by the State Geological Department of the Ministry of Environment Preservation of Ukraine in elaboration of the Strategy for Development and Reformation of Natural Resources Utilization and Geological Activity Management in Ukraine. Areas of use: public management, regional management, scientific research, training and retraining of civil servants.
