Salogub T. Treatment of neuralgia of the II and III branches of the trigeminal nerve of peripheral genesis by the biologically active preparations.

The thesis ducted to the treatment of neuralgia of trigeminal nerve of peripheral genesis by the way of injection of biologically active preparation "Cryocell-Cryocerebrum" singly and in combination with cryoextract of the placenta. There was proposed a complex examination pf the patients suffered from neuralgia of the trigeminal nerve which includes dental, clinical and neurological methods of the investigation; rentgenologic, special methods, electrophysiological, immunologic, they allow to carry out differencial diagnosis and exclude the central genes of the disease. There worked out the technology of injectional introduction of biologically active preparation "Cryocell-Cryocerebrum" singly and combination with cryoextract of placenta in neuralgia of the trigeminal nerve of peripheral genesis singly on the zone of injury. There was conducted the comparative estimation of the effective of treatment of neuralgia of the trigeminal nerve of the peripheral genesis which revealed that the most optimal method is the application of biologically active preparation: Cryocell-Cryocerebrum:" in the combination with cryoextract of the placenta.
