Тhe non-penetrating microsurgery method for treatment of open-angle glaucoma, that provides the steady functioning supplementary routes for the outflow of intraocular liquid, is developed. The comparison of functional results and hydrodynamic indexes of the modernized antiglaucoma operation and trabeculectomy were conducted. It was marked, that the proposed microsurgery technique do stabilizes hydrodynamic indexes in 97,3% of cases. The ultrasonic biomicroscopy for the filter pillow was done. It was shown that the optimal structure is the diffusely-poured filtration blab. The peculiarities in structures of Tenon capsule, pathomorphology and histochemical changes were studied. The analysis of chemoluminescence criteria were conducted at patients with open-angle glaucoma, that allows to forecast the stability of hypotensive effect of antiglaucoma operative treatment
