Essay

The vegetative dysfuncthion with intensification of the sympathetic innervation heart's activity has been found in 76,3 % of the patients. The three stages diagnostic criteria of diabetic cardiomyopathy in children has been proposed. Increase of sympathetic activity, the low calcium level in blood and osteopenia with complications has been established. For the treatment of cardiovascular complications a combination of mildronat and isodibut has been recommended.
