Essay

The thesis is devoted to the solving of static mixed boundary-value problem about rigid disk’s displacement in elastic layer in plane, which is parallel to layer’s boundary surface. The solution is based on eigen-vector-functions method. New technique for solution of derivable dual integral equations is suggested in the thesis and this technique reduces final expressions of physical variables to the simplest form. The method of solution gave a chance to examine asymptotic behavior of physical variables and carry out their numeric analysis for wide spectrum of entrance parameters of the problem, which describe its geometry, and obtain material’s stagnation lines in view of inclusion’s displacement in elastic layer. Series of cases of starting problem are investigated. These cases have independent interest and solutions obtained for the most of them.
