Essay

The Dissertation is devoted to the development of a system for digital nondestructive sound reproduction from Edison wax cylinders. A new high-sensitive pickup on the basis of Michelson interferometer is developed. An effective method of interference signal processing - a method of differential sine-cosine demodulation is offered. An algorithm of digital signal processing which allows to solve the problem of phonogram clearing is developed.
