Essay

It has been established that in patients with LC and HPGP one of the factors of complicated course of the disease is the persistence of Helicobacter pylori (HP) in the mucous membrane (MM) of the upper parts of the alimentary tract. But for all that it has been shown that clinical manifestations of HPGP correlate with level of contаmination of HP in the MM of the stomach while morphologic changes appear mainly in the form of chronic antral helicobacterial gastritis.
