Dissertation is devoted to the study of features of development of speech adaptation at the beginning of the use by complete removable dentures. It is determined that power of all vowels. It is grounded possibility of improvement of speech adaptation by the complex of physical exercises of common-relaxative and articulatuon character, which accelerates the normalization of pronunciation, multiples the effectiveness of sounds power restoration at the end of adaptation period and optimizes bioelectric processes in lips muscles.
