Kuznetsov R. The planning of support elements and improving of the methods for fixation of adhesive dental bridge.

The dissertation is dedicated to clinical and laboratory estimation of results of prosthetics with the adhesive dental bridges (ADB) of the improved construction that were fixated with using of the native composed light-harden material "Stomasit-LC". Using the calculation and mathematical modeling it was determined the necessary area of support elements of the adhesive dental bridge that includes the individual clinical conditions of a concrete patient. It was proposed the improved construction of the support elements of ADB, that comprises the creation of the interdirected cone formed perforative holes. This improves increasing of the adhesive - retentive properties of ADB and it improves the entirety of polymerization of the fixative photo-composite. Basing on the laboratory and clinical estimation and estimation it was demonstrated the efficiency of using of the native light harden composed material "Stomasit-LC" investigated by us. It can be used as the adhesive fixative agent that considerablywidens the indications to its using. The results of experimental and clinical investigations demonstrate the advantage of prosthetics with adhesive dental bridges that were made according to the method proposed by us. It decreases the quantity of complications and it increases the terms of using of these constructions.
