Zrazhevska N. External debt in financial system of Ukraine.

In this dissertation the essence and place of the external debt in financial system of the state, the mechanisms of control and provision of the external debt were researched. The economic nature of the national debt, its place in economic research works was determined and it was proved that the national debt is an important part of the state's financial system, one of its elements, with the help of which it is possible to influence and manage the financial system. The state of the national debt of Ukraine and the stages of its formation were also analyzed. The mechanisms of control and provision of the external debt were researched. Special ways of implementation of different methods of external debt restructuring were determined. There were also the ways of improving the external debt control methods offered. There was the external national debt in the debt strategy of Ukraine researched and the modelling of connection between the external national debt and budget deficit made.
