Essay

Advantages of a reflectometry on extraordinary wave in comparison with an ordinary wave are show. An opportunity of definition poloidal velocity of the rotation separate plasma layers by a correlation reflectometry method on the basis of the analysis back-reflected microwaves from poloidal displaced sites of a surface of plasma layer is shown. Poloidal and toroidal velocity of plasma rotation in torsatron "Uragan-3M" with the help of a correlation microwave reflectometry is determined. Transition to a mode of improved plasma confinement is observed in modes of torsatron operations with creation of an internal transport barrier near to rational magnetic surfaces.
