Object of research: stochastic process of the operative analysis of data in medical monitoring systems. The dissertation is devoted to increase the reliability and self-descriptiveness of results of daily arterial pressure measurements processing by using the modern methods of the information analysis on the spline-transformations basis.Continuous Markovian model of systolic and diastolic arterial pressure change process with piecewise constant intensity functions of transitions is received. Algorithmization of model construction of arterial pressure change process is executed in the form of smooth function with using the local polynomial splines on the basis of the В-splines. Computing procedure of parameters estimation of linear a spline-regression with k nodes is offered. Procedure is based on the dynamic programming method and allows to define the moments of structural change of arterial pressure change process. Information-diagnostic automated system ViStA Med of the operative analysis of daily arterial pressure monitoring data is developed. Automation of an arterial hypertensia forms diagnosing is provided.
