Borodina V. Partially hydrogenated pyrazolo- and 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines: synthesis, chemical properties, tautomerism

Investigation objects: dihydro and tetrahydro derivatives of pyrazolo- and 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines. Purpose: the elaboration of the methods of synthesis and the research of delicate structure and properties of new partially hydrogenated azolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines. Methods: synthesis, physicochemical analysis with enlisting IR, NMR spectroscopy, mass-spectrometry and X-ray. The directedness of the interaction of a-aminoazoles with a,b-unsaturated carbonyl compounds in dependence of cyclocondensation processes conditions has been studied. The structure features and chemical properties of azolopyrimidines have been investigated and the different factors influence on the state of imine-enamine tautomeric equilibrium has been analyzed. Degree of application: new methods of directed synthesis of the almost inaccessible dihydro and tetrahydro derivatives of pyrazolo- and triazolopyrimidines and routes of the chemical modification of these compounds.
