In this paper clinicopathologic differentially-diagnostic symptoms of a primary cancer of uterine tube and malignant tubo-ovarian neoplasms are established. It has been determined peculiarities of clinical course and reasons of diagnostic pitfalls of inflammatory pseudotumor of uterine appendages. Clinical course of uterine tube carcinoma has mixed type proceeding and depends on the level of affection of concerned anatomic structures by neoplastic process and can have general features of carcinoma of uterus and ovary. Worked out scheme of combined adjuvant polychemotherapy with application of carboplatin, etoposide and ceclophosphan allows to achieve objective effect in 85 % of treatment cases for patients with primary uterine tube cancer with results of 60 % complete clinical remission at reducing of general toxicity. The main factors of prognosis have been listed and direct and long-term results of treatment of patients with primary uterine tube cancer and malignant tubo-ovarian neoplasms have been evaluated.
