Object – pathogenetic aspects of acute intestinal infections in children; methods – clinical, hormonal, immunological, statistical; novelty – results of research dilate understanding of pathogenetic main point of acute intestinal infections in children at the expense of deciphering of interrelation character between a functional state of thyroid system and immune status of children with acute intestinal infections; it was firstly researched a role of dysbalansis of thyroid-immune correlations in realization of homeostasis in children with middle-severe and severe forms of acute intestinal infections; it was given a scientific basing of necessity of caring out of replacing therapy by hormones of thyroid line at forming of a “low triiodothyronine” syndrome in children with severe form of acute intestinal infections; results – it was determined that evaluation of thyroid and immune system state was considerable at the choice of differential pathogenic therapy of acute intestinal infections; it was provedthat use of liothyronine in children with severe form and with diagnosed syndrome of “low triiodothyronine”, on the level of development of intestinal toxicosis, it allows to increase of efficacy of basic therapy of acute intestinal infections in children; field of knowledge – medicine.
