Object - vegetative homeostasis aspects at a thyroid pathology in children; methods - clinical, functional, instrumental, hormonal, psychological, statistical; novelty - the comparative analysis of the vegetative homeostasis data in children is given depending on a pathology kind of a thyroid gland and its function, the expediency of research of a spectral analysis of heart rate variability in a complex with vegetative status clinical parameters is proved, the expediency and efficiency of use antihomotoxic preparation "Thyreoidea compositum" and a method bioresonant vibrostimulation in a complex of sanatorium treatment of children with a diffuse nontoxic goiter and an autoimmune thyroiditis is scientifically proved, indications to them using in sanatorium fixed in view of a thyroid gland functional status, a vegetative homeostasis and character of adaptable reactions; results - it is determinate, that the estimation of a psychovegetative and a hormonal homeostasis is essential at a choice of the differentiated sanatorium treatment of children with a thyroid pathology; it is proved, that correction of the main regulating systems changes allows to increase efficiency of sanatorium treatment of these children; branch - medicine.
